Please read the half yearly again, especially the following:

"The net amount of the consolidated operating loss after income tax attributable to the members of the
Economic Entity for the six months ended 31st Dec. 2007 was $1,017,095 (2006: loss $1,267,417).
The Group continues to expense its Research and Development Costs and remains debt-free."

You might also consider reading the annual report as well for the financials contained in that, especially the following:

"4 TRADING RESULTS
The net amount of the consolidated loss after income tax
attributable to the members of the Economic Entity for the six
months ended 30 June 2007 was $1,269,744 (2006: loss for
twelve months $2,127,526)."

As you can see the loss has been reduced in the latest half yearly.
