If they could position themselves as a competitor of Paspaley, other than just a pearl producer and supplier to other businesses, they could capture a lot more value from the entire value chain of the Pearl industry. However that requires a business transformation and introduce a completely new business model for them. The potential is there and if they could use the gift money form FY24 wisely, they could make great progress, no matter which way...
