I have serious concerned about Unit sale department and its strategy. First, there don't have self-service on portal that allow people to pay and use instant. I hope new website will fill this gap.
I involved in many software procurement for the projects. I always preferred the company that reach out to me within day or two. It tells they are ready to serve and care for customers. I am shocked you have to wait for a month. You probably had patience because you invested in company, and would like to give a chance. What is the fuking use of Human head that they can't use for themself?
I am not concern about share price at this point. However, I will be concern if I don't find any new customer in coming quarterly report. It has been 3 months since last customer.
