100,000 options exercisable @ US$6.19 for each common share ? subject to shareholder
approval (expiry 27 July 2015). Will vest as follows:
16,667 immediately upon shareholder approval;
25,000 on 27 July 2011;
25,000 on 27 July 2012; and
33,333 on 27 July 2013.
Seems to me he is immediately putting up $100,000 (16,667 at $6.19)
