Going by the report. Commissioning to occur 36 weeks (approx 9 months) after drawdown. Drawdown approx 3/1/19.
commissioning = 3/10/19.
mining to commence 12 weeks prior to commissioning = 3/7/19.
We'll see. But can't see it happening.
