A new website is up for the kiosk arm of Fulcrum:

Obviously things cant be all that bad if they are investing time for this.
So basically their plan is to right off Fulcrum and pay shareholders next to nothing and yet still continue their key business which looks to be doing fine.
My vote wont count for much but Ill be going against this delisting from the asx.
The irridium side is still worth millions and the kiosk business looks to be doing okay.
Share holders are being ripped off big time here.
