they are waiting on euro "ACCC" approval late DEC or early JAN 09 then they well start to move from there setting up big teams (already started) of people to look at intergration of business units into BHP CSG's.
will i suppose push hard on the offer to RIO holders? start to send offer docs etc??
IMO maybe EOY 09, will take time
this assumes rio holders except as hostile takeover might be complictaed??
