Expected this week to be one of good news (well hoping) but was quickly brought back to market reality when i read in local paper that FEX has extended the closing date on $5 capital raising to March 25. Fex Chairman says FMS spinoff had not received applications for min 25m shares by last week,(no surprise there),but explained this as "being a victim of Xmas distractions,not a lack of investor interest".
Note this is from FEX, nothing out of FMS,at this time !!
Give me a break---this does not look good, 2 extensions to raise $5m, totally rejected by FMS holders and market.
Suggest this was reason for last weeks loss of interest towards end of that week--of course nobody would have known that before a release to market.
Things can only get better from here....good luck tap
