A lot of nice theories however regardless of how the company's share price and marketcap is treated in a transitioning period, when revenues and profits start rolling in and the company has to start rewarding investors with dividends, the company can no longer be ignored. Equilibrium eventually ensures that the marketcap synchronises with the dividend return percentage-wise.
I don't think AJX is being ignored by the way, it really does have a very healthy marketcap, $240mill is not typically speculative punt material.
