Stop looking at a red figure in your portfolio and start looking at the company WITHOUT thinking about what happened under OLD management.
You bought a shell, there is a reason they are shells... and the reason is certainly not because they were kicking butt in previous years and were squeaky clean... now it is, so do yourself a favor and take a look at the co. with fresh eyes.
