Slikz – not sure why you're worried about our information – where the hell are you getting yours??

The case was still before the court well into June… I point to the announcement on June 2 which said:

“As previously announced, the matter was heard in the Namibian High Court from 26 to 29 May 2009 but was unable to be completed within that time. The matter was adjourned for further hearing and probable completion on 9 June.”

Then the ann on June 10 which said:

“The hearing of the matter before the Namibian High Court was concluded Tuesday afternoon Namibian time.”

I took this to be Tues June 9.

So if my maths is correct todays date (30th) less the first 9 days of the month makes exactly 21 DAYS – so we have been waiting THREE WEEKS!!

Check it on your calculator if you don’t believe me!!

I think people are hanging their hat on the comments from solicit from mid-late May when he said we had “a good prospect of success”.

However, “a good prospect of success” and actuall “success” are two different things!!!

From what I know of the case, its probably slightly better than 50:50……

High Courts - who knows what those muppets will decide!
