Yes col8, it is a very frustrating wait and I guess the longer the judge`s deliberation goes on the less confident I feel about the company`s chances.
Just what would be the judge considering in the last three weeks ( allowing for a possible heavy case load)?
Are there a number of legal documents being scrutinized and re-examined to establish ownership?
You would you have to think a flimsy case would not get a three week judgement.
The sp is poised to fall below 3 c and then some unless good news is released soon.
Keep waiting and hoping I guess.
