Money buys time ("and toys"). Time is critical during negotiations, especially company-making talks. With BLG funded Lumi's leverage to pressure BLG is diminished. Perhaps BLG can even shop its technology around? There is one shot at this point... if sucessful that shot could be heard 'round the world.
