Interested to see comment about resection rate as alternative endpoint in a future FDA trial. That depends on whether fda accepts this endpoint and what the study’s comparator would be. Not easy I reckon, depending on the assumptions in future protocol they make could massively sway sample size, cost, time. 2024 still seems optimistic but you never know.
