Aegian is a substantial holder (5.3%) of FGF as per annual report - any change of interest from that entity will require the lodgement of a change in substantial holding notice (form 604).
4 substantial holders exist in the Top 20, including Sayers, Geba and Red & White.
No 604s have been released and hypothetically if Aegian sell over 0.3%, they have 24 - 48 hours to advise the market.
Gallea, FGF has a completely different registry and business plan, much of which hinges on the options where the ex date is late February 2018.
The corporate pressures are overwhelming from now into Feb.
Any buying and selling in this space is high risk.
Luck to all.
