no its not a negative for cfr. if having so much number of shares is a negative than there is no point in a company going on...might as well restructure its capital. as you can see, cfr has risen over the past few weeks. i posted this on previous threads... if u look at ego, that has alot of number of shares as well and it has a really good run last year to 6cents. when i was onboard ego, it did take long to move .001 however it did move from 2 to 6cents within 3-4 days. cfr feels the same to me, and i think it will have a simular run.
