Initial impression: not a fan of the new rewards. The range is too narrow, the discount is pretty ordinary and it's too gimicky -- just give us the discount upfront for heavens sake, don't hold on to the discount, then make us spend it only at your shop, and putting conditions and rules along the way.
Would like to seem them go back to the WOW during Corbett's days, ie. a focus on low prices, good service and products and let everything else fall into place.
