imo wes and wow can have both good pricing and a competitive edge over aldi's with loyalty programs but spread across a broader range than just for example groceries eg wes's coles,coles banking as it grows,coles insurance, (amusing the way bunnings and masters are not included in rewards) kmart and the slow but apparent turn around of target .
What concerns me is wow management can't even get a simple/established rewards program business model right,plus masters plus bigw (when wes can improve both target and kmart) 'and this management is in charge of restructuring the business' .
Read an article the insto's are getting impatient,no wonder wow management can't even change their ceo with some type of common sense.
