Maybe they might ramp up the offerings for Woolworths dollars at the end of the year when freq flyer points are no longer offered in conjunction? I agree, they should link their loyalty offers across all their businesses. But I guess in order to do that, they first need a clear commitment and vision to Big W and Masters. I feel everything is in limbo or purgatory until a saviour new CEO comes along and shows the righteous way and makes all things new.
