At my local Woolies, two ladies were tasked with signing up shoppers to the Woolworths Rewards programme. I felt very sorry for them...they would have copped quite a spray from some customers. They should instead put the twat who designed this programme in store to sell the programme and get some first hand feedback ("spit-back").
