WPL behaviour is confusing. On one hand they sell their shares at the worst time possible, with so much doubt surrounding the region. While not releasing an annoucement that was known during market hours till 7pm, allowing the market to absorb the information and hopefully not overreact.

Perhaps as i suspect they are operating within their own interest regardless of how it affects HDR, but if they can help it without losing anything they will try to limit the loss.
