Absolutely no obligation for them to disclose everything on the meeting agenda. They didn’t mention ECT prior to the meeting when they gave approval for RCA conditional on NLC approval.Lets not jump to conclusions of more disappointment. We will find out next week with “ hopefully “ an announcement and a signing ceremony date.
