Seriously??Is it so boring dising the company that you are now trying to make LT holders look "questionable"?
For what purpose?
If you are really interested, reading the company announcements and quarterly reports is quite insightful -
- .... providing Training for blasting and drilling techniques - not needed for expert professionals is it?
- ... there was a staff shakeup with one employee dismissed and other staff reorganised (cant remember the exact wording of the report but it was processing staff not miners)

So its no secret that some workforce skills/behaviour are a problem.
IMHO a strong in-country HR Co-Ordinator/Dept with Ethics and Staff Development responsibilities, reporting directly to the Chairman (ie having input on Directors) is important and the Company would be totally different today if something like this was put in place in 2016. Hindsight is wonderful as is the right workforce.
These reports/Announcements and the problems have been discussed on Hotcopper so its not up to our intrepid 'travelling investors' to reiterate everything for the benefit of ignorant non-holders.
