As newbie, why did Greentech's share price increase in Nov 2019 0.05->0.18? Anything to do with Renison? Seems like the board was trying to use the recent strength in shares to buy a 10% stake?
Read around does look like Koo wants to to block stake in the Mongolian copper development, maybe learnt a lesson from MLX.
Koo -> " no reasonable notice was given of the board meeting of the Company held on 24 December
2019 (the “Board Meeting”) to approve, among others, the Proposed Acquisition and the
Appointment of Directors, and the Board Meeting was not validly convened; "...
Not sure it would have any impact on Renison?
