The board (the ‘‘Board’’) of directors (the ‘‘Directors’’, and each a ‘‘Director’’) of Greentech Technology International Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) hereby announces that in the Board meeting of the Company on 24 December 2019, the Directors discussed whether it was necessary for the Company to exercise its power under section 329 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap.571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the ‘‘SFO’’) to investigate the beneficial ownership of shares in the Company to ascertain whether Tan Sri Dato’ KOO Yuen Kim P.S.M., D.P.T.J. J.P (‘‘Mr. Koo’’) and parties acting in concert with him are together interested in 30% or more of the voting rights in the shares of the Company (the ‘‘Investigation’’).
