On a weekly chart, the stock sold down the SAME level at 2005-2006. from my view from a long term play, this has my view of 60c based on the chart. this looks like any positive news WILL break the downtrend which is very bullish for higher prices so from a chart view it's CHEAP and lots of reward..RSI is very low lots of movement in this
