My portfolio included COB for some time last year, and whilst I think it has good prospects because of the limited supply of Cobalt and virtually all comes from DRC in Africa which is not favoured by most (except China), I don't believe it has the huge potential of Hawsons.
I agree with your sentiment that perhaps HIO needs more of a presence in BH.
