If you are correct, what does that mean for relatively small holders (284k) such as myself? Xtrata wont need my shares to take a controlling interest. Would those like me be best to sell into the likely price rise, or wait? And if it is just a case of the option being taken rather than a full takeover what will happen then? The impression I have from these discussion strings is that there are lot of us waiting to sell on the SP rise. But will we find an equal number of willing buyers at that point? I have an image of the price going up fast and then falling just as fast as folks look to cash out, but I am new to this game and may have it all backwards. Does your crytal ball provide any clues (though not, needless to say, investment advice).
