Whats Next,

I live on the Gold Coast and someone on HC said it was available at a Terry White near where I live, so I went in to get some.

Asked at the counter and got a blank stare and was told she hadn't heard of it and didn't stock it, so I pushed a little further and said a friend had got some there. She then checked the computer and found they did have it but did not know where so she asked somebody else. Then had 2 of them searching the pain relief section but were unable to find it. Luckily I spotted it on the same shelves they had been looking on so walked away happy, also have 2 people there who now know what and where it is.

I wonder how many places it is actually in, where the staff have no idea of its existence. As with so many products we are creatures of habit whether we are the customer or sales assistant. Unless the sales assistant knows the product specifically they will simply sell you the one they know of, which unfortunately is generally the one that has had bucket loads of money thrown at the marketing.
