Indijo, I can't argue with your premise as it's plausible. But, alternatively, if there are more than a couple of interested parties, could not an impending deadline work in favour of Unilife by creating some competition, or at minimum, endenger a desire not to be cut out of the play?
Personally I would not be surprised if the 31st passed without a culminating report on the MS review, but if the overriding premise of the exercise is to explore initiatives that are in the best interest of investors, I would think it implausible that we would not receive an update very soon. To not do so would, IMO, further damage the SP and, by extension, the investors.
