G'day,
It is unfortunate for existing shareholders that EQN has issued a further 22 million shares to the underwriters of the recent issue to cover over allotments. This means dilution, dilution, dilution and I wonder whether EQN really needs this extra A$20 mil. or is it a new years gift to the u/writers on top of their 5% fee!
