I presume that those 22 million newly issued shares are already in the hands of the U/writers clients as they were to cover over allotments!!! Being more realistic, I notice that one of the u/writers in particular has been an active seller in Toronto recently, so maybe my backhanded comment re a 22mil. share "gift" is closer to the mark, especially with the probability of them being able to double their 80 cent/share contribution to EQN's coffers after the banks sign-off on the financing.
