No rush to get in and buy AVB sp isn't going anywhere soon won't move in a upward direction until 2nd half of next year and even that's no guarantee.
I consider my self lucky because i didn't invest alot with AVB.
Would not touch it now even at these prices.
That's my view and happy to be proven wrong.
