    I know the feeling of cash raisings when I once went to a company and paid in cash for the raising. The recipient signing in the money at reception was the site manager.

    That feeling that my $5,000 savings was actually going direct into his pocket. To me a fortune at the time but for him a weeks renumeration for turning up. Tainted my view ever since re raisings.
