That's strange, Facebook must be messing up.

It states: "4.7 out of 5 Based on the opinion of 114 people"

It only shows me 110 of those 114 but that's ok, it's still showing the vast majority.

From my counts:

Positive reviews since September 2018: 8

Negative reviews since September 2018: 20

Positive reviews prior to September 2018: 79

Negative reviews prior to September 2018: 2 - note that one of these two is from 4 June 2018 and specifically mentions the sale of the business:

"You guys have no sense of customer service whatsoever. I should have been expected it to drop to appalling when the business sold. Surely a week is plenty of time to put together an order.....but for you guys sadly not.I was so excited to get your products into my shop....supporting local etc and loving the products. But you have let me down, let my customers down...and you dont actually care or want to try to fix this."

Number excluded: 1 - it seemed to be a strange negative rant from September 2017 about workers rights or something and seems completely out of left field and unsubstantiated.

So a 10x increase in negative reviews within the last two months compared to when reviews appear to have started as far back as March 2014.

Are you still seeing only two? Maybe there is a bug on the Facebook page or something...
