saltocan: Fully agree with you, i.e. it is extremely easy for a state that does not have any real connection to either oil or gas to BAN something that is of NO consequence to that particular state in the USA... Try a ban on any kind of FINANCE in New York and you will for sure NOT GET A BAN !
