    Magnis looked at Siemens and wanted to be a customer of theirs instead of going with a competitor.

    Magnis is going to pay Siemens for a service. That’s all we know at this stage.

    Your gushing would be valid if Siemens came out tomorrow and said they were taking an equity stake. Otherwise it’s a nothing announcement.
