If I read this correctly the $13,560,500 equates to 3,650,000 shares(adr's) @ $3.70each which equals approx .115-.12c(aus) which sounds about right.
except 3,650,000ADR's is 109,950,000 prima ordinary shares.
This equates to approx 10.3% holding in the company, yet there is no mention of this as a major s'holder and the number of shares traded up to the 30/6/12 does not support this volume.
No announcements re special crossings
So something is not right.
