The simple reason ESG has listed on the OTCQX is to get a larger investor community interested in our shares.
US investors can now buy ADR’s using normal brokers such as E-trade etc. The cost is negligible and we have access to 10 times more investors.
Zaaro they have not wasted money at all.
What management has done is in the best interests of shareholders and I believe is another good step forward for us.
