The new york license is worth more than just the revenue of operating there. It is a ticket into all other states. New Jersey for example have issued over 2 dozen gaming licenses so far while New York have issued a total of just 9 so how can smaller states deny pointsbet with a reference like New York. If New York state sees that Pointsbet is fit to hold 1 of only a few a licenses then I think every state should do the same.
