No mate, I haven't. Though I have been invested in companies here that use ADR's for access to US equity markets. They are essentially like a secondary market with the underlying actual shares owned by a US Bank (in this case by the Bank of New York Mellon). Skimming the prospectus, it looks like the underlying shares for this ADR are from ASX (ie in Australia, not UK).
