Kev Flint has cleared up the NY listing stuff. :-

"When 88e was tangiers they listed 50,000,000 shares on US markets via OTC at 0.05 USD with a Sponsored ADR where 1 ADS is equivalent to 10 ordinary shares. These were changed to 88e in 2015 but the ticker TNGRY remained the same. They are off market as such as were used for capital raising I believe. They don't trade often but when they do need to remember that like today shows 850 shares traded at 0.57 USD, that is actually 8500 shares at 0.057 USD. As last trade was 0.007 there has been a large rise in price, but last trade was in January."
