Mint Wireless is a global mobile payments business that enables enterprises to accept credit and debit card payments on various mobile platforms.As the NZ Country Manager of Mint Wireless you will drive all business initiatives in the NZ market and work closely with Mint’s strategic partners and prospects. You will also be able to develop and implement an NZ specific sales strategy working closely with Mint’s top management.

Key Result Areas Responsibilities
• Management of strategic partners such as the Bank of New Zealand
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Leading marketing initiatives and generating revenue
• Company representation at relevant events
• Networking and Lobbying for mPOS products
• KPI and sales reporting
• Change management
• Development of an NZ strategy for Mint

Qualifications/Experience
•5-8 years’ experience as top performing General, Sales or Commercial Managers in the Payments Industry
•Strong Leadership skills
•Ability to work autonomously with self-motivation, persistence and a focus on attaining results
•Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
•Very experience in presenting
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Excellent computer skills
•Positive attitude and great service orientation
•Strong focus on customer satisfaction
•Must be a team player and fun to work with
•Experienced usage of iPhone, iPad or Android smartphone or tablets including mobile apps
•May require travel.
