Don't agree mate.
I reckon Bill Shorten's model going to the 2019 election was spot on. By having negative gearing on new properties it would have encouraged investors with old houses on big blocks to subdivide and negative gear stimulating the building trade.
I also support a property tax to dis courage investors owning 13 properties like my ex boss.
P.S. I voted for ONP last election but will accept good robust discussion and I am prepared to admit I am wrong if you can convince me!
