    NZ is an Ireland waiting to happen - outside of Auckland (which, being over 30% of the market), its a baked rotten potato.
    I spent 3 wks over xmas in various parts outside auckland. Mortgagee sales galore (except in the areas where shrinking equity-mate aucklanders have their weekenders).

    RE agents are becoming surprisingly honest. Nuff said.
