The City of Newark, California and Redflex Traffic Systems, a subsidiary of Redflex Holdings Limited, have executed an agreement to provide a full turnkey red-light photo enforcement program to help substantially increase public safety.
Newark, California, with a population in excess of 43,000, is located in the Southern San Francisco Bay Area, adjacent to our program in Fremont.
The contract is for implementation of up to 10 approaches and for a term of five years, plus two automatic two-year renewals.
