    I agree with you that a more definite counter offer from another party will be announced soon.
    We are only 3 trading days from the HZN/ROC vote and the arbitrage is over 25%.
    Normally it is around 5%..The insiders are bidding ROC sp up.
    An offer of 70c is on the cards.
    .....pure speculation on my part of course.
