Hi All,
I've been starting to build a small position in PEN just recently... My research has a LONG way to go with this co. before I can really throw the money on the table but I've had a good head start thanks to Dhuy...
Just want to clarify something. As I'm reading it the pilot plant never proceeded to full production entirely due to the political climate following the 3 mile island incident. Is this correct or were there other circumstance affecting this decision?
excuse the newbieness of my question, but gotta start somewhere.
