I have held shares since 2008-9 and the company was ECU then which had Galilee as a major SH. It was a good value company with coal assets in NZ which added to the value then. The coal assets were due for spin off a couple years back then BTU bought them almost overnight. AGL bought into a JV into Rodney Creek drilling but management sunk everything into this and inertia for 2 years.
The current management were jack of the incompetence of Koroknay and his cronies so as soon as he died, Cam Rathie and his band of merry men with silver CSG parachutes took the dive.
Since this management have taken over a review of the feasibility of assets have occurred and an acquisition drive have yielded some good prospects.
If they produce an AGM outlining exactly how much each director has brought cash wise into the company and are remunerated accordingly, then I will have full faith. Until then I am supportive and optimistic that we are heading in the right direction.
