I concur with ray1988. At this late in the game I wouldn't be investing in small cap stocks. Too risky. Perhaps if you wanted to have a go at investing in 'penny stocks', maybe just make $10K available to play with and see how you go - you might make a few bucks - but by no means put all of your capital in to penny stocks. You should be in bluechip dividend paying stocks. Again, same as Ray - just my opinion.
